With our Renovations on Us program, homeowners can do needed remodeling or repairs with no major upfront cost. Through our sister company, Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction, we help cover up to $100,000 before we ever go to market.
A customized proposal is created for each home that gives detailed explanation of needed repairs/upgrades and how this will increase the value of their home. Our unique day-to-day knowledge of the construction and remodeling industry ensures nothing is overlooked before listing a home.
